Renowned for his patient-centered approach, Dr. Howard has served on the Idaho Board of Licensing for Podiatric Medicine and contributed to humanitarian missions in Peru, Honduras, and Nepal. He retired in 2019, leaving a legacy of excellence in podiatric care but continues to contribute as a consultant and mentor.
